Sunset Faraway Holidays is a leading tour operator specialising in the luxury travel market. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic marketing executive who will assist the Sales and Marketing Director to ensure the effective coordination of the organisation’s marketing activity.

This is an exciting role that would suit a graduate with previous experience in dealing with a broad range of marketing activity, preferably with knowledge of the luxury market.

Job Overview:

• Assist in the development of the marketing strategy and ensure the effective implementation of the plan
• Updating and maintaining figures for the marketing budget
• Provide effective support to the Sales and Marketing Director and the Business Development Team
• Point of contact for all PR, media and marketing related activity
• Working closely with the product and design departments to ensure the timely execution of marketing activity, including but not limited to, drafting proposals, regular email campaigns, tight copy deadlines, special offers, competitions, press trips and updating the marketing areas on the company’s websites
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials
• Maintenance of consumer database for marketing activity
• Coordinate and attend occasional events and industry exhibitions
• Evaluate and report on marketing activity
• Liaising and build relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Be hands on and versatile with the ability to stay cool and focused in a demanding and busy environment
• Assist in the management of our corporate rewards programme
• Maintaining and building contacts with the media.
